We at ISG are excited to share our growing presence of Women in Digital — connect with us November 5th.
The IMF Women in IT Employee Resource Group was formed in 2011 to address the issues of imbalanced gender representation within the IT function at the International Monetary Fund. In 2019 the group, which had become internally focused, was revitalized to seek action from the new CIO. Our guest speakers are the two Co-Chairs of IMF WIT.
Diep Ferris, Section Chief in the Enterprise Operations division, is responsible for the centralized infrastructure of all IT systems. Throughout the years, Ms. Ferris has been working in the Information Technology department in the areas of security and infrastructure in various capacities, and has been leading the IMF IT team responsible for the support of the joint IMF/WB Annual Meetings where she oversees the IT activities between the organizations and the local government for the DC-based and overseas events.
Heather Diehl, Principal Enterprise Architect, is responsible for translating IT strategy into execution. Before joining Fund Staff nearly three years ago, Ms. Diehl lead strategy, architecture, info sec, development, and operations programs for customers at NASA, USCIS, and DOL while serving as a digital transformation subject matter expert. She sits on the boards of UPWARD Women DC and the Virginia Serious Games Institute of George Mason University.
