Data-Driven Range Planning & Assortment Optimization 
eClerx worked in partnership with RS Components to bring advanced analytics to make range decisions. RS carries a large catalogue of about 500,000 SKUs with thousands of brands, across several countries. The problem statement was, at a granular level from country category through to and SKU level, to recommend which products commercially to keep, remove, improve and add in the range mix, based on internal and external factors. Taking a more data-driven approach, the objective was to optimize the assortment decision making process to be scalable, faster, objective, and less manual intensive.
Reimagining blender management to reduce operational costs and power business growth 
A leading provider of frozen beverages and self -service blenders, teamed up with eInfochips, an Arrow Electronics company, to develop a new Operating System and IoT platform to power the global fleet of over 20,000 blenders. The Next-Gen IoT solution connects blenders to the cloud and provides real-time visibility into blenders’ performance. As a result, Client was able to reduce costs to operate the fleet in half and save over $1M in migration costs
Conversational AI trained for better and faster call resolution
The DRYiCE™ Software Unit of HCL deployed a virtual assistant for Mondelez, one of the world’s largest snack manufacturing companies. The chatbot, based on the DRYiCE™ Lucy platform was trained on more than 500 use cases to learn customer’s IT and procurement processes. Upon implementation, it has saved the Mondelez, around 179,400 work hours, with a vastly superior first call resolution.
Three ecommerce shops launched under the gun of a Black Friday deadline
Ecommerce experiences for three furniture brands were launched by Hexaware for HNI in record time of under 60 days to meet a Black Friday deadline. This helped HNI grow in both the commercial office furniture space as well as the fast-growing market for home office equipment.
Custom-built influencer analytics platform to optimize influencer marketing
Infosys partnered with a leading maker of consumer products to build an influencer marketing analytics platform which selects influencers who have the right followers aligned with brand strategy. The tool empowered category managers to make faster decisions through scenario planning and influencer weed & feed capabilities Having their own platform freed them of agency costs or bias - with tangible cost savings which could now be reinvested for more influencer reach.

Rapid launch and scaling of a new digital platform to reach market of restaurants
The Client, a global major in Consumer Products teamed up with Mindtree to create a food-delivery platform and an app that would help a new segment of restaurant customers stay competitive in the context of the pandemic and a market shift from in-person dining to food delivery. Speed for the initial launch was crucial, along with an evolutionary design as a beachhead into a new market for the Client.
