Investigation time reduced from days to hours, as this new system leveraged machine learning and statistical techniques to process records and users, at a previously unprecedented scale. A tenfold increase in the detection and removal of fraudulent accounts was a direct outcome from this.

Conversational AI trained for better and faster call resolution
The DRYiCE™ Software Unit of HCL deployed a virtual assistant for Mondelez, one of the world’s largest snack manufacturing companies. The chatbot, based on the DRYiCE™ Lucy platform was trained on more than 500 use cases to learn customer’s IT and procurement processes. Upon implementation, it has saved the Mondelez, around 179,400 work hours, with a vastly superior first call resolution.

HCL partnered with a global energy company in their journey to the cloud, improving operations and transforming their cybersecurity landscape.  HCL also secured remote access to the Industrial sites, and a result minimize the exploitation of vulnerabilities in these industrial sites.

Infosys worked with a major footwear and sports apparel maker to transform their order management system, turning a siloed system into global omni-channel system. The solution from Infosys helped improve visibility into the company’s inventory at every point along its supply chain and across channels. In doing this and more, the solution enabled the apparel maker to achieve higher levels of digital sales and optimized order fulfillment.
Live Enterprise Operational CoE relies on data, technology, and risk expertise to prevent fraud
adidas and Infosys BPM teamed up for a Live Enterprise CoE to prevent fraud. The Infosys BPM solution combined a point of service data mining tool with a strategy and operational capability that can create new insights into fraud, and thwart it. With this CoE, adidas was able to research new kinds of fraud, target analysis on individual transactions, and better coordinate efforts for superior loss prevention.
Global scaling of RPA saves effort and enhances productivity of F&A operations
Royal Philips (Philips) and Infosys BPM jointly established one of the largest RPA programs in the industry, covering the scope of Philips Global F&A operations. Co-led by Philips finance and Infosys BPM Live Enterprise emphasizing on stakeholder engagement, governance, and scalability, the program eliminated over 1 Million hours of manual work, augmenting Automation and Lean methodology.

Based on a connected elevator maintenance ecosystem, OTIS now has superior asset visibility, proactive real-time monitoring and predictive insights as a result of this digital transformation. Enabling digital cognizance for field technicians has significantly reduced elevator downtime, lower service costs, and far fewer service calls.
Rapid launch and scaling of a new digital platform to reach market of restaurants
The Client, a global major in Consumer Products teamed up with Mindtree to create a food-delivery platform and an app that would help a new segment of restaurant customers stay competitive in the context of the pandemic and a market shift from in-person dining to food delivery. Speed for the initial launch was crucial, along with an evolutionary design as a beachhead into a new market for the Client.

AkzoNobel and Mindtree partnered on building a visualizer that aims to ease the consumers journey to make a choice of wall color. With over a million downloads in the past 6 months and seamless access (>98% crash free downloads), the app gives AkzoNobel a new level of customer reach and a potential to enhance this channel further.
Automated solution improves actuary job satisfaction
Actuarial work is complex and highly manual involving multiple stakeholders and regulators across multiple lines of business. For Aviva, a multinational insurance company, WNS helped reduce the burden on their workforce with an automated solution that helped centralize their actuarial work under one umbrella with a centralized system. In addition to a tangible reduction of manual work, Aviva noted highly improved levels of job satisfaction among its actuaries as its biggest gain.
