Joe Galuszka specializes on Digital Transformation projects optimizing our clients’ transition from on-premises to Cloud/SaaS solutions in ISG’s Network and Software Advisory practice area. His expertise is Contract Optimization by negotiating additional cost savings, advantageous contract terms and conditions, licensing options, vendor management best practices, development and execution of negotiation strategy and working with clients’ interdisciplinary project teams: CIO, CFO, Legal, and Procurement. Joe’s negotiation experience spans both the clients’ buy-side and the vendors’ sell-side perspectives providing a unique negotiation point of view.
