4.1 The Homepage is available in English, Chinese, German, Japanese and Swedish. The Blog is available in English only.

You further acknowledge and agree that the views expressed by you and other users on the Blog do not necessarily reflect the views of Information Services Group, Inc., and that we do not support or endorse any user comments.
5.2 You acknowledge and agree that we have no obligation to monitor, review, or edit any comments posted by you or any other users of the Blog. However, we reserve the right to edit or refuse to publish your comments at our sole discretion and may remove your comments from the Blog at any time without notice.

6 CONDUCT
6.1 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Websites is lawful under the laws of any country in which you access them.

10 GENERAL
10.1 These Terms of Use are governed by US law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the US courts, save that we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
