Eleanor Matthews is Commercial Sector Lead and Head of Sales for the UK, Ireland and Nordics region at ISG and one of the sourcing industry’s most respected change leaders. With a career spanning the full evolution of outsourcing and advisory, she combines deep commercial expertise with a relentless focus on outcomes that genuinely transform organisations.

A pioneer of “Positive Outcomes” within the FutureSource methodology, Eleanor has built her reputation on delivering change that works in the real world. She has led high performing advisory organisations across Europe and is a three-time GSA Advisor of the Year winner as well as a 2025 Stevie Silver award winner for Trusted AI Advisor for Business Transformations.

Beyond her client work, Eleanor founded and runs the League of Extraordinary Women, a growing network dedicated to championing, connecting and elevating women in the industry. As a podcast host, speaker and mentor, she is a visible and active advocate for greater confidence, opportunity and leadership for women in sourcing.
