Training & Adoption Services
ISG builds the skills, the in-application guidance and the measurement needed to carry a workforce from go-live to daily working practice.
Turn Technology Training into Sustained Adoption
Enterprises are under pressure to get more productivity from technology they have already bought. That depends less on the platform than on whether people use it as designed, and most leaders have no reliable view of that. Completion rates record attendance. They do not show proficiency, process adherence or whether the business case is being realized.
ISG helps you build that view and act on it. We design and deliver the training, reinforce new ways of working inside the applications themselves, and connect learning, usage and process data into a single measure of adoption. That evidence tells you what to fix, what to fund and where the return is coming from.
From Training Completion to Measurable Adoption
Training remains essential, but transformation value is created when people consistently use technology and follow optimized processes. ISG connects training with digital adoption and process intelligence so leaders can see where users struggle, where processes break down and where targeted intervention can improve performance.TRAIN
We build the training around the jobs people actually do rather than a standard course catalogue. That means role-based curricula, simulations of your own configured screens, and delivery in the languages and time zones your workforce sits in.
MEASURE
We connect learning records, application usage, process conformance and business measures into one view. Then we agree with you which of those signals actually predicts the outcome the investment was approved for, so reporting stops being a monthly ritual.
ADOPT
Once people are live, we move support into the application itself. Guidance appears at the step where someone is stuck, tailored to their role, and we watch the usage data for teams that start reverting to the old process.
OPTIMIZE
Evidence is only useful if something changes because of it. We take what the data shows and rebuild the content, redesign the guidance or, where the problem is the workflow rather than the screen, take it back to the process. AI compresses that rebuild cycle, which is what makes continuous correction affordable.
ISG's Training & Adoption Capabilities
Training-as-a-Service
Enterprise training built for transformation
Large technology and process changes create intense demand on learning teams. ISG provides the strategy, content, administration and delivery support needed to help workforces prepare for change while internal teams remain focused on business priorities.
Training capabilities:
-
Learning strategy and curriculum design
-
Custom content and course development
-
Instructor-led and virtual delivery
-
Learning administration and operations
-
Technology and ERP training
-
Role-based enablement and performance support
-
Global delivery and scalable resource capacity
-
Measurement and continuous improvement
Extending training into adoption
For organizations that need more than training delivery, ISG extends enablement into sustained adoption. Our Training and Adoption Services connect enterprise training with digital adoption platforms, process intelligence, adoption analytics and AI-enabled experience optimization. This helps clients reinforce learning in the flow of work and measure whether new behaviors are taking hold.
Digital Adoption Services
Digital adoption that goes beyond software deployment
A digital adoption platform can guide users inside an application, but technology alone does not create adoption. ISG connects DAP capabilities with role-based training, process insight and business outcomes so digital guidance is designed around the work employees actually need to perform.
Our digital adoption capabilities:
-
Digital adoption strategy and roadmap
-
DAP platform assessment and selection support
-
SAP WalkMe implementation and optimizationIn-application guidance and contextual support
-
Workflow and task enablementUser segmentation and role-based experiences
-
Adoption analytics and performance measurement
-
Governance and operating model design
-
Continuous experience optimization
SAP WalkMe focus with platform flexibility
ISG has focused Digital Adoption Services around SAP WalkMe because of its role in the SAP ecosystem and its ability to support in-application enablement across enterprise environments. Our approach remains platform inclusive. We help clients evaluate and use the DAP capabilities that best fit their technology landscape, user needs and business objectives.
Connect adoption to process performance
Digital adoption data becomes more valuable when it is connected with process intelligence. ISG combines DAP insight with process documentation and mining to identify where employee friction intersects with inefficient workflows. This creates a stronger basis for deciding what to guide, what to train and what to redesign.
Process Intelligence Services
Understand how work actually happens and create the data foundation for better processes, stronger adoption and better experiences.
ISG Process Intelligence Services help organizations document, analyze and improve enterprise processes using process data, process mining and business process management capabilities. We connect process insight with training and digital adoption so organizations can target enablement where it will have the greatest operational impact.
Move from documented process to observed reality
Traditional process documentation shows how work is expected to happen. Process intelligence reveals how work is actually performed. By comparing designed processes with operational behavior, organizations can identify bottlenecks, workarounds, variation and opportunities for improvement.
Our process intelligence capabilities
-
Process discovery and documentation
-
Process mapping and governance
-
Process mining and conformance analysis
-
Bottleneck and root-cause analysis
-
Process performance measurement
-
Workflow redesign and optimization
-
Business process management support
-
Integration of process insight with training and digital adoption
SAP Signavio focus with BPM flexibility
ISG has focused Process Intelligence Services around SAP Signavio to support process documentation, process mining and transformation within SAP environments. Our approach remains inclusive of other business process management and process intelligence solutions so clients can build on their existing technology investments.
A foundation for better employee experiences
Employee experience cannot be optimized through interface design alone. Poor processes create friction even when systems are intuitive. ISG uses process intelligence to identify where the underlying workflow is contributing to adoption challenges, then combines process improvement with training, digital guidance and AI-enabled optimization.
Adoption Analytics
Measure whether employees are using technology effectively, following the right processes and producing the intended business outcomes.
ISG Adoption Analytics connects learning activity, digital adoption data, process performance and business measures to create a clearer view of transformation performance. This helps leaders move beyond completion rates and understand where adoption is strong, where friction remains and what intervention is likely to create value.
What we measure
- Learning participation and proficiency
- Application usage and feature adoption
- Digital guidance engagement
- Process conformance and cycle performance
- Role-based productivity measures
- Support demand and error reduction
- Business outcome indicators
From dashboards to decisions
The purpose of adoption measurement is to improve decisions. ISG helps clients define the signals that matter, connect data sources and establish a practical operating cadence for reviewing performance and improving training, guidance and processes.
AI-Enabled Experience Optimization
Continuously improve how employees learn, work and interact with enterprise technology.
ISG combines AI with training, digital adoption data and process intelligence to help organizations design more effective employee and executive experiences. AI can accelerate content creation, surface adoption patterns, personalize support and help teams identify where experience improvements will create the greatest value.
Practical applications:
- Accelerated learning content development
- Personalized role-based enablement
- AI-assisted performance support
- Pattern detection across adoption and process data
- Prioritization of user friction and improvement opportunities
- Continuous refinement of guidance, workflows and learning experiences
AI grounded in enterprise context
AI is most valuable when it is grounded in reliable enterprise data and connected to a clear business objective. Process intelligence provides context about how work happens while adoption analytics shows how people engage with technology. Together they create a stronger foundation for designing AI-enabled experiences that improve performance rather than simply adding another interface.
