Leon Platts

Partner and President, Network and Software

Leon Platts is Partner and President, Network and Software, responsible for the firm’s advisory services that help clients get the most value from their investments in these areas. He joined ISG in 2026 from DXC Technology, where he served as head of strategic deals and shaped large, complex transformation programs. Before that, Leon was head of IBM’s High Performance Computing business worldwide, responsible for driving new strategic cloud business for Big Blue. A telecommunications industry veteran, Leon earlier held senior-level positions with Verizon and BT Group. He is a native of the U.K., where he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Sheffield Hallam University. Leon moved with his family to the United States in 2007 and became a U.S. citizen in 2019.
