Narelle is a specialist in assessing the health and effectiveness of business-to-business relationships, the factors that determine performance, and how to optimise those relationships. She has deep complementary experience in assessing the impact of technology services and systems such as Service Desk, onboarding and devices on employees and the organisation as a whole.
Her role includes analysing and benchmarking the results of these assessments, communicating the findings with clarity, and providing new actions and possibilities.
