As a Principal Consultant specializing in adaptive organizations and sourcing, Zach helps organizations establish technical velocity to meet the needs of their businesses and consumers by using Agile and DevOps principles. Zach can quickly analyze a client’s end-to-end development and operational processes and use that knowledge to determine the areas hindering optimal efficiency. Additionally, Zach helps clients with the understanding their sourcing needs, helping to lead clients throughout the transactional and transition phases, while also performing financial analysis (base/business cases) and benchmarking costs using ISG’s ProBenchmark platform to ensure clients achieve optimized value. Furthermore, he can assist in the organizational and cultural changes required to achieve true agility, by working closely with HR on communication and strategy.​
