Prashant Kelker is Partner, Americas Consulting, and Chief Strategy Officer. He led the effort to make ISG the first sourcing advisory firm to establish a reference architecture for applied Generative AI with the 2023 ISG State of Applied Generative AI Market Report and played a key role in the development of our highly successful ISG NEXT operating model in 2020. Prashant joined ISG in 2012.

Before joining ISG, Prashant was a Technology Director at Accenture, where he won and established several new accounts and created digital offerings on mobility and predictive analytics. He earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore and a BE in Electronics from Bangalore University in India.

Shafqat Azim is a Partner in ISG’s Digital practice and leads ISG’s Technology Modernization, M&A and Global Security practices. He brings more than 30 years of business and IT experience to the firm, including international business management experience in Southeast Asia and Europe. He leverages his personal expertise, experiences and successes, enabled by and ISG’s competencies and solutions to help Fortune 1000 global service providers and end client enterprises adopt and scale digital strategies and innovative business/technology models.

Mark brings almost 25 years of experience solutioning, selling and delivering in large-scale and highly complex enterprise IT environments. Functioning across solution, financials and agreement documentation, he advises clients in support of transformational outcomes amidst rapidly changing business conditions. 

Dr. Daniel Gerster is a Partner at ISG and offers clients more than 22 years of experience in strategic information management, thereof nine years as global CIO in a professional services company and more than 13 years in management consulting. Daniel helps CIOs and leading IT executives to successfully master digital transformation and to increase core capabilities such as organizational agility or resilience. He has a highly successful track record in CIO advisory. He is a well-known specialist for IT sourcing and contracting and covers commercial, legal and data protection aspects. He is a recognized speaker at conferences for IT executives, on IT events such as Sapphire, DSAG, VOICE, and BME IT Sourcing, VOICE Entscheiderforum.

Bill works with the world’s leading companies to identify, implement, and accelerate improved capabilities and better ways of working, and to align and optimize the network of strategic suppliers and partners. These efforts have driven hundreds of millions in savings for his clients.​

As ISG’s Business Transformation team, Shriram brings 25+ years of experience in operational roles, entrepreneurial startups that were instrumental in specifying, architecting, building, and rolling out multi-billion-dollar initiatives in various industry verticals. He offers ISG clients his comprehensive digital imagination and adoption experience for their mission critical initiatives and their innovation ventures. 

Mary Rivard, Partner, with Information Services Group (ISG) is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in global sourcing management, strategic relations management, IT global program management, IT application development and finance. Mary’s expertise in driving innovation and operational transformation is a critical component of her extensive work with ISG clients across multiple geographies and industries.  At ISG, Mary works as a trusted advisor to her clients and brings deep subject matter expertise and experience as a change agent to her current role, leading the consulting specialty ‘Strategy Realization”.  This role includes the design and governance of client transformation programs as well as the quality and delivery assurance component of our consulting services.

As ISG’s Service Line Director for Strategy Realization and Organizational Change Management, Stephan brings more than 15 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on strategy realization and organizational change management. He advises ISG clients on how to prepare, orchestrate and drive transition and transformation programs and projects to the envisioned outcomes.
