Defining Leadership for the Future

History is filled with women who have transformed business and technology. Their leadership, innovation and resilience have shaped today’s digital world — and continue to redefine what leadership looks like for generations to come.

This year marks the fifth anniversary of the ISG Women in Digital Awards. For five years, we have celebrated the pioneers, rising stars, advocates and changemakers driving meaningful progress across the digital landscape.

While important strides have been made, true equality in the workplace remains a work in progress. That’s why recognizing and amplifying the women leading change has never been more important.

As we enter a new era shaped by the transformative power of AI, women are once again at the forefront — pushing boundaries, championing responsible innovation and expanding what’s possible for the future of work.

These awards are being run by ISG’s Women in Digital program with sponsorship from ISG’s Executive Board. ISG Women in Digital is dedicated to connecting, educating, empowering and recognizing women as they navigate the changing world and make the most of their digital future. The WID Awards supports our objective of recognizing women and their accomplishments. To learn more, click here.

The winner in each category will be announced at the regional virtual Awards Ceremony and receive a statue commemorating their accomplishment and selection. They will receive recognition via a press release, on ISG’s website, the ISG Women in Digital LinkedIn page, and at ISG events like the Sourcing Industry Conference and the Digital Summit. The winners will have the opportunity to participate in a panel discussion on ISG's LinkedIn videos and at an ISG event.

If selected as a luminary, you are required to submit a 1-2 minute video as part of the judging process. Nominees are also strongly encouraged to attend the awards ceremony, especially if selected as finalists and/or luminaries.

Any person who identifies as a woman or as non-binary and who has served as a business or technology leader qualifies to be nominated.

If a nominee makes it past the first round of review, she becomes a Finalist. All Finalists are included in our eBook. The Finalists are then further reviewed and downselected to the Luminary category. This is the category that is put forward to the judges.
The Winners are selected from the Luminary category. There is a Gold, Silver and Bronze winner per category. This means a Gold, Silver and Bronze Winner will be selected for the Women's Advocate, Rising Star, Rock Star Leader, AI Champion and Digital Innovator categories.
Additionally, one Digital Titan is selected per region by the judges. No one can be nominated for the Digital Titan award - the judges select this award, representing the most outstanding women in digital, from all Luminaries.
