Angela is a technology leader with more than 20 years of experience across healthcare payers, providers, and consulting. As Vice President of Application Services for a healthcare payer, she led an organization of more than 100 people and served as Plan Executive for a multiyear transformation spanning multiple health plans. Her earlier senior roles covered enterprise applications, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, modernization, and business development.
