Anthony “Ant” Drake is Partner and President of ISG’s EMEA business. Since joining the firm in 2011, he has advised more than 70 clients across Europe on complex technology, sourcing and commercial decisions. From AI readiness to large-scale sourcing and transformation initiatives, he works closely with executive teams at the board and C-suite level to help navigate change, balance growth and cost pressures, and make decisions that shape long-term performance. A respected voice in the industry, Ant is recognized for his ability to shape durable, high-impact relationships between both private and public sector clients and service providers and to translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes. Ant holds a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham (2:1).
