A Data Positive Operating Model
Your modern data infrastructure isn’t delivering even after modernization? The limiting factor could be the processes and operations surrounding the systems. Learn how to improve your operating model to best leverage infrastructure and technology investments.
AI-Powered Planning and Decision Intelligence
Enterprises are moving beyond static forecasts and isolated analytics toward AI-enabled planning that helps teams anticipate change, model scenarios and act sooner. By combining trusted enterprise data, predictive analytics, generative AI and AI agents, finance, supply chain, workforce and operations leaders can improve forecast accuracy, identify risks and opportunities earlier and turn insight into action.
ISG helps organizations prioritize high-value use cases, strengthen data foundations, establish responsible governance and scale AI-enabled decision-making across the enterprise.
We help companies turn trusted data and AI into faster, better-informed and more resilient decisions.
Turning Data Investments into Business Value
Many organizations have invested heavily in data platforms, analytics, automation and AI yet struggle to translate those capabilities into sustained business value. Fragmented data, unclear ownership, duplicated technology and limited adoption often stand between investment and results. At the same time, expectations around privacy, security, sovereignty, transparency and responsible data use continue to rise.
ISG helps organizations assess their capabilities, rationalize technology and provider portfolios, strengthen governance and operating models and prioritize opportunities based on business value. We connect data investments to measurable outcomes including faster decisions, greater efficiency, reduced risk and new sources of growth.
We help companies turn data investment into measurable enterprise value.
