Karen Healy is responsible for establishing and growing a global portfolio of ISG thought leadership conferences and events.  Karen joined ISG in 2016 and has rapidly developed a portfolio of events that explore, inform and advise on the benefits and productivity gains afforded organizations through digital transformation. An accomplished events executive with a strong track record in leading BtoB conference and events businesses, Ms. Healy has over 30 years’ experience in Technology Research and Advisory businesses. She has a proven track record of innovation, aggressive growth and significant profit contributions as well as extensive experience leading and developing cross-functional teams of employees and outside service providers. Karen holds a MBA in Marketing from the University of New Haven and a BSc in Business and Marketing from Fordham University.

Maria Magro joined ISG in 2017 and is now Chief Global Events Operations Officer. In this role, she leads the global operations and execution of ISG’s events portfolio, guiding the events team to ensure flawless delivery and driving ongoing enhancements to processes and outcomes. Maria leverages 15+ years of event leadership experience to create high-impact educational content, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional experiences for attendees, partners, and stakeholders. She also oversees ISG’s internal programs, including the Chairman’s Club. 

Michael Hawkins is a Conference Program Manager at ISG.

Nicole Nichols is an Events Meeting Planner at ISG.

Caroline Olsen is an Event Coordinator at ISG.

Dylan Shepard works with the events team in ISG’s Stamford office as an Event Coordinator. He has strong interest in event marketing and has a passion for in-person events. Dylan works with the team to ensure events hit their marks, and that all content is up to date on event websites. He contacts media partners for each event and designs email campaigns on a weekly basis. Dylan also has a hand in event artwork, advertisement, and social posts. He helps in securing the appropriate audiences to market to for each event, depending on their focus.
