Katie Dickens is a manager within ISG’s Research division. Based in London, Katie works alongside Business Development with the Service Provider community in Northern Europe, DACH and the Nordics. Her role is designed to help clients identify the most effective solutions for their business needs and support the implementation of products effectively whilst developing their ISG relationship.

As Senior Director of Market Insights and Strategic Growth at ISG, Sashidharan brings a strategic lens to provider intelligence, ecosystem trends, and sourcing dynamics. With over 17 years of experience spanning pre-sales, solutioning, delivery, and advisory, he bridges market data with business strategy to help both enterprises and service providers unlock growth.

Sashidharan leads ISG’s efforts in delivering forward-looking market insights, enabling clients to navigate complex sourcing landscapes, adopt emerging technologies, and accelerate digital transformation. He partners closely with senior enterprise stakeholders, service providers, and the investor community—offering differentiated perspectives on go-to-market strategies, industry shifts, and competitive positioning.

A core contributor to ISG’s flagship platforms—including ISG Index™, Index Insider, and ISG Tango™—he helps shape the firm's digital advisory capabilities and strategic thought leadership. His focus on sales enablement, influencer impact, and sourcing alignment ensures that both buyers and providers are equipped with actionable intelligence to drive value-based decisions.

Sashidharan holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College (Anna University, Chennai), and a postgraduate degree in Global Business Strategy and Analysis from the University of Manchester’s Alliance Manchester Business School. He is also a certified ISG Digital and AI expert with advanced credentials in Data and AI Strategy.

Randy has global responsibility for ISG’s Provider Services product portfolio.  In this capacity, Randy is tasked with achieving the product family revenue targets; driving the strategy, roadmap and product feature definition to deliver client value and keep the portfolio current, competitive; and, managing the product lifecycle.

Paul Reynolds leads Momentum, a division of ISG that provides research services to help service providers better target, win and retain business. Paul has 25 years of market research experience with specific expertise in methodology development, data analytics and research process design. Having found many service providers’ Advisor Relations functions to lack appropriate analytics, Paul is working to develop innovative new approaches that allow for data-driven programs based on the unique needs of each client. His approach benefits Advisor Relations, go-to-market functions, sales, strategy, marketing, and market/competitive intelligence teams.
