Who are the leading AWS partners for AI and data modernization services in Germany? This is one of the questions answered by the latest ISG provider benchmark AWS Ecosystem Partner Provider Lens 2025, which was published in November 2025.
The Scope and the Relevance of AWS-related AI and Data Modernization Services
The Provider Lens study of data modernization and AI services covers service providers’ capabilities across four essential domains: enterprise data ecosystem, insights and decision-making, agentic AI and GenAI with AWS and customized machine learning (ML) solutions.
Enterprise data ecosystems depend on providers’ proficiencies in implementing and optimizing data platforms, such as Amazon Redshift and Amazon Glue, emphasizing data sovereignty, scalability and metrics. Enterprise analytics and insights depend on providers’ capabilities in delivering predictive analytics and real-time dashboards that transform data into actionable insights. Enterprise use of agentic AI and GenAI rely on innovative provider services and solutions developed using Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, Titan and Nova. We also looked at providers that offer customized ML solutions that include industry-specific, functional and domain services developed using the AWS suite of AI and ML tools.
For enterprises, underlying data is growing rapidly. It is often unstructured and siloed within companies, making it an untapped resource that can be leveraged to promote market success in an increasingly competitive environment. That is why data modernization and AI services are increasingly important topics for AWS partners that are consulting and implementing AWS-related projects.
Enterprises that have experimented with Gen AI often want to strategically enter into Gen AI and agentic AI projects. This market demand reinforces the focus on data modernization to enable AI on a large scale.
Due to the rapidly growing volume of data to be analyzed, many companies want or need to leverage the powerful capabilities of the public cloud, especially for data processing. Because integration with existing data storage infrastructure is highly complex, they rely on AWS' strong partner network for integration and service management.

Leading providers also stand out for their industry-specific knowledge, customer-centric collaboration models (including effective implementation support and pragmatic pricing) and continuous investments that foster agility and sustainable momentum.

2026 Outlook for Enterprises Looking for AWS Partners
Today, AI is taking on an even more central role in the AWS portfolio. To help enterprises understand this rapidly changing market, ISG will analyze AWS AI and data-related services in two dedicated quadrants: AI-powered Business Transformation with AWS and AWS Data Lifecycle Management Services. The study results will be published in the autumn of 2026.
