Colleen Sivill


Colleen Sivill serves as an ISG director of organizational change management (OCM), who leads the systems-integration practice for ISG Enterprise Change. In this role, she partners with clients to make purpose-driven decisions around organizational change management, communications and culture challenges that surface during large-scale change. Her holistic and integrated approach doesn’t just focus on delivering change for today; it also simultaneously strengthens an organization’s ability to continuously change – leaving it healthier, more agile and always improving. Colleen holds a doctoral degree in social influence from the University of Minnesota and has worked as a university professor, a researcher and in cabinet-level university leadership positions.
