David has 30+ years of deep IT leadership experience and expertise, including 10+ years at GM and 5+ years in the apparel industry, helping dozens of clients across several industries achieve their business and technical objectives.  He has developed, implemented, and optimized more than 50 outsourcing agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, SLAs and pricing for both infrastructure and applications services. He has led several improvement programs focused on automation, digital transformation, process improvement, application rationalization and improved operating models. He has been directly involved in negotiating and constructing agreements with a total contract value of more than $7 billion.
