What should you expect when you complete the assessment?
Upon completion of the assessment (approximately 10-15 minutes), you will receive an assessment report that contains three key parts: current capability maturity summary, top 3 building blocks to prioritize for capability uplift and recommendations for how to kickstart the uplift of building blocks identified in a structured manner. The recommendations define the desired maturity and end state as well as the steps needed to move from current state to meet your business objectives.
