Denise Austin serves as director of organizational change management (OCM) communications for ISG, providing strategy and hands-on delivery for OCM initiatives. She has more than 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, human resources, organizational development and change management across a wide range of industries. She provides full-spectrum communications from coordination and content creation to integrated communications efforts across global audiences, enabling leaders to express change, sell ideas, and build employee awareness and engagement. Areas of expertise include communications for major transformation, including sourcing initiatives, technology implementations, shared services, target-operating-model adoption and business-process redesign.
