Mark Deans


Mark Deans serves as an ISG director of organizational change management focused on account management, as well as client delivery in the areas of learning, leadership, culture and employee engagement. Mark has two decades of hands-on experience in leadership development, instructional design, supply chain management, product life cycle management and operational excellence. He has worked as an internal resource and external consultant for many Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of sectors. His significant work in the retail sector includes merchandise planning and allocation, store operations/point of service, omnichannel and logistics. He has a bachelor’s degree in education from Ohio University.
