ISG Community of Interest

Navigating through to the Next New Normal

A series of virtual roundtables for Banking, Financial Services and Insurance leaders

Welcome to ISG’s virtual roundtables for Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) leaders

The challenges facing banks, financial services and insurance organisations are complex – and the market in which they operate is evolving. To leap forward, BFSI organisations must continue to invest in digitisation projects to streamline operations and give customers the control, apps and services they want.

To better address the challenges above among ISG’s BFSI community of Interest, ISG is delighted to host this quarterly-cadenced virtual roundtable series. The event gathers business, digital, automation, and operational leaders from a curated list of individual business executives from the BFSI industry in Europe to share learnings from their digital operational transformation experiences.

Join us and take this opportunity to hear the cutting-edge perspectives, test ideas, discuss learnings and make connection with your peer group.

EMEA BFSI Roundtable #One:

Insourcing - Are you bringing digitisation home?

March 17, 2022
12:00pm-1:30pm GMT

According to ISG’s recent survey, 75% of providers surveyed see an increasing interest to insource in EMEA.

75% providers said YES
They see a growing trend:

  • for processes that are close to Business or Customers and
  • to get more control on Customer journey and flexibility for core Business operations
25% providers said NO
They see increased demand for Outsourcing due to ongoing local supply constraints

In the context of digitalisation, Insourcing is seen as a valid option for an increasing amount of BFSI organisations to gain a competitive advantage, leverage data in a Cloud Operating Model and to secure scarce profiles.  Join this upcoming BFSI Roundtable to discuss with your fellow practitioners on the following key issues:

  • Key topics and scope considered to be insourced and outsourced
  • Impact on your organisation
  • Impact on managing procurement processes and decision
