Ashwin Gaidhani has a comprehensive view of IT shared-managed services portfolio, and digital business transformation initiatives with approximately two decades of experience. As an ISG Research Partner and subject matter expert in the field of enterprise services, IT governance and digital technologies, he is presently contributing as a Lead Author with the ISG Provider LensTM team. Ashwin comes to this work with business and technology experi-ence revolving around service management, management consulting, emerging capabilities (artificial intelligence and intelligent automation), work design methodologies and imple-mentation frameworks.
