Michael Cook has been working in the Telecom industry with Bell Canada for 19 years, most recently in Project Management.  While working for Bell Canada he has served in a variety of roles including Network and Database Architecture, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and Billing and Collections Optimization. Currently he is working on mobilizing the roll-out of RPA within Bell Business Markets.
