Chip Wagner serves as Chief Executive Officer of ISG Automation, the fast-growing robotic process automation (RPA) division of ISG. ISG Automation helps clients navigate the myriad challenges, risks and opportunities of automation – from selecting the right automation software partner to building a bot workforce to leveraging the technology to transform and improve business outcomes. Chip joined ISG in 2016 through the acquisition of Alsbridge, where he was CEO. Most recently, he was president of ISG Americas Industries. Chip has more than 30 years of technology experience and is a recognized industry expert in the nascent field of RPA and a regular speaker on the impact of innovative and disruptive technologies. In addition, Chip has deep knowledge in business transformation, contract negotiations and telecommunications and has been directly involved in more than $15 billion in sourcing transactions.
Jeff Augustin has more than 34 years of business experience including 6 years as a Partner in the advisory arena, five years as a CIO for professional service firms, and more than 23 years in providing IT outsourcing (ITO) and business process outsourcing (BPO) services to global Fortune 500 companies. Additionally he pioneered the initial automation strategy for ISG since its emergence in the marketplace. He has worked with hundreds of organizations in a variety of industries and countries. Throughout his 34-year career, Jeff has led sales, service delivery and business operations in Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Hungary, Spain, Brazil, Hong Kong, India, Russia, China, Jamaica, and the UK.
Tracy Lipasek is an experienced advisor with more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology, process automation, transformation, leadership and software development. Her experience includes work for EDS and HP. Currently, she is a partner within ISG Automation responsible for global delivery of Intelligent Automation services.
Wayne is an automation pioneer, initially starting out as an early adopter of RPA in 2010, creating one of the first Enterprise scale RPA operations. His early setbacks at Telefonica UK, led to many of the best practices now instilled across RPA centres of excellence around the globe. Customer centric at heart, Wayne also specialises in Customer Service Transformation, and has been helping brands in becoming more Digitally focused for their customers. Wayne is an expert in Online Chat, Social Media and Online Communities, meaning he is perfectly placed to help take advantage of Chat Bots & Virtual Assistants. More recently Wayne has concentrate on Cognitive & AI automation, where he leads the European AI Automation practice, helping brands take advantage of this new wave of automation capability.
