Half of Carl’s role is leading the development of software products and platforms that help both ISG’s advisors and clients work smarter, faster and more effectively. The other half is ensuring that the global IT infrastructure that knits everyone at ISG together runs consistently and smoothly.

ISG's Executive Insights platform integrates data-driven insights into the sourcing industry from across ISG's advisory and research platforms to help enterprise clients, IT service providers and IT sector investors make better informed decisions about relationships, risks and opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

ISG Analytics is the firm's internal platform for analyzing every aspect of its business—from day-to-day sales, to revenue, staffing, operations, HR and more. A little over two years ago, ISG Analytics didn't exist. Now it's become an essential tool, providing easy access to real-time data that has transformed how ISG makes decisions-and the value the firm provides to its clients.
