Dorothee Heckmann focuses on transforming to an agile organization. The purpose is to provide the desired ecosystem for innovative, high performing organizations. Therefore, when managing strategic organizational development projects, she analyzes, experiments and implements new organization models. In a key project she is the Product Owner for developing a Siemens-wide accessible digital platform as the core user-interface for connecting and navigating different dimensions of the Siemens organization.
