Erin brings more than 15 years of experience in digital transformation and project portfolio management to play a key role in leading organizational change management (OCM) and training initiatives. She has worked for clients in the nonprofit sector and in the defense, healthcare, food service and hospitality, food and manufacturing industries. She leads global initiatives with a focus on gaining broad organizational buy-in and support, while pairing program and project-management principles with OCM best practices to secure better outcomes for clients.
