Rich Benoit II

Senior Program Manager, McKesson Financial Center

Rich is a Sr Program Manager on the McKesson Financial Center’s Shared Services Effectiveness team. He leads programs focused on enhancing and improving processes and tools across all McKesson organizations to improve our efficiencies and deliver better solutions for our customers. Rich joined the McKesson team in March 2015. Prior to joining Mckesson Rich led many organizations for 22 years with The Boeing Co and UPS. Rich started with UPS loading trailers and went on to 7 years of distribution/logistics management including directing operations at the 3rd largest UPS center in North America. At Boeing Rich lead teams in Aircraft Manufacturing (4 yrs), Program Management (6 yrs), and Finance (5 yrs).  Highlights include establishing and directing a new defense product development business in the UK, leading the PMO on a $23B defense system development contract, the development and launch of a new commercial jetliner, and managing Finances for the GPS satellite operational support business. These adventures brought Rich from Huntington Beach to St Louis, to the UK and back, and eventually to Richardson, Tx. 

Rich earned a BA in Business Management from Cal State Fullerton and a BS in Information Management from DeVry University Long Beach. Rich has a son and a daughter and currently lives in Dallas, Tx.
