Sebastian analyzes the health of business-to-business engagements for international companies and some of Australian’s largest organizations. Prior to joining ISG, he worked in economic and industry research at a top research organization, where he was responsible for leading economic and industry research and managing a risk benchmarking program. At ISG, Sebastian specializes in analysis, benchmarking and reporting of customer satisfaction in technology service levels in local and global technology supply chains. He has run a number of successful customer satisfaction programs for clients in the financial, utilities, construction industries and in the public sector.
