Defining an automation operating model is viewed as the most important role for an automation CoE.

  • The swarm’s interests were spread amongst all options, which extended the deliberation and resulted in the low Brainpower score (31 percent).
  • The swarm showed strong support for ensuring people understand how roles change and defining which processes get automated, before ultimately selecting defining the operating model.
